He is a very tough football player and has recently been flying around as a hard hitting linebacker recruit. Potter has outstanding lateral movement and could project at many positions on both sides of the football, as well as Special Teams. Sophomore scouting notes - Top 2024 LB recruit Brian Williams III was a key contributor for the Voyager Prep defense from the MLB position during his Sophomore season campaign and was able to enforce his will on opposing offenses with his rangy athletic skill-set. He proved to have the ability to read plays quickly to come up and make sure tackles, while possessing extremely sound technique when gaining leverage too detach from oncoming blockers. Williams III already possesses the size needed at a young age to rise rapidly in the college football recruiting world and will essentially grow into a dominating force at the linebacker position.

Freshman scouting notes - Top 2024 LB recruit Matthew Furness III hails from Pearland, Texas and shows outstanding overall potential at the linebacker position. Furness is able to read & react extremely quickly, while shooting his way into running lanes to bring ball carriers to a screeching halt. Matthew exhibits extremely good lateral agility and has the instincts, game speed and tenacity to become the next big time 2024 LB recruit coming out of the talent rich State of Texas. His high motor can be visibly seen throughout his YouTube highlight's and Furness III has an uncanny ability to create turnovers, while either dropping into zone coverage or prying the ball loose to cause fumbles.

He recently earned an offer from NC State after being ranked number 2 overall in College Football Today's Top 2024 Linebacker recruit rankings and looks to build off an impressive start in his recruitment to top tier programs nationally. It all started back in Montclair, New Jersey where Keith Hodge Jr was one of the most explosive players in the nation as a highly gifted ball carrier and exhilarating play-maker. He has since grown rapidly and fits the mold of a big time edge rusher, but could also produce mightily on the offensive side of the football, as a wide receiver or tight end recruit. I am highly intrigued with Keith's overall skill-set and determination to be the best on & off the field.

Hodge possesses outstanding closing speed when tracking ball carriers down in the backfield and on special teams, as he is one of the more gifted athletes in the 2024 recruiting class at the SS position. He now excels in man to man and zone coverage schemes and is able to sink underneath routes to quickly break up would be pass attempts.
